How to Order

1. Choose your commission type.
2. DM me on X with your character references and commission details.
3. I will confirm whether I can accept the commission and provide payment instructions.
4. Send payment through PayPal.
5. Payment confirms your acceptance of my Terms & Conditions on the TOS page.

LAST UPDATE: 24/08/2026This agreement applies to the artist known as “Felix Gryphon” (hereafter “Seller”) and the individual or institution purchasing a commissioned artwork (hereafter “Customer”). Payment of any invoice issued by the Seller constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.1. COMMISSION SCOPE(A). The scope, price, specifications, and terms of each commission are determined by the relevant commission listing or by an agreement made between the Seller and Customer before work commences.(B). Customer agrees that the final artwork will be created according to the scope of the commission purchased. Where artistic discretion is part of the commission, the Seller retains full discretion over artistic decisions including, but not limited to, composition, pose, expression, clothing interpretation, colour palette, lighting, background, and rendering.(C). Specific requests or references provided by the Customer do not guarantee that the requested elements will appear exactly as described unless otherwise agreed before work commences.(D). Seller reserves the right to refuse requests that fall outside the advertised scope of a commission or the Seller's current artistic preferences.2. PAYMENTS(A). Customer agrees to pay the due amount upfront for any orders.(B). Any other payment schedule has to be mutually agreed before work on the Product commences.(C). Customer accepts that work on the Product will not commence until payment has been received by Seller.3. PRODUCT DELIVERY(A). Customer agrees that the completed Product will be delivered digitally through a Google Drive link provided by the Seller. The Product will be provided as a full-resolution PNG file unless otherwise agreed before the work commences.(B). The Google Drive link is provided for the purpose of allowing the Customer to download their completed Product. The Customer is responsible for downloading and storing the Product after delivery.(C). The Google Drive link may not remain available indefinitely and may be removed or become inaccessible after an unspecified period of time. Seller does not guarantee permanent access to the delivered files through the provided Google Drive link.(D). It is the sole responsibility of Customer to download and properly store the Product after delivery. Seller cannot be held accountable for the Customer's failure to download or retain the delivered files, loss of access to the Google Drive link, or other technical obstacles outside the responsibility of the Seller.(E). Any alternative method of delivery, either digital or physical, has to be mutually agreed before the work commences. Customer is obliged to bear any costs incurred by an alternative delivery method, such as postal costs, material costs, digital service subscription fees, etc.4. REVISIONS(A). The scope of revisions depends on the type of commission purchased and will be specified in the relevant commission listing or agreement.(B). Unless otherwise stated, commissions do not include revisions, sketch approval, or customer-directed changes to the artwork.(C). Where revisions are included, revisions are limited to the scope and number specified in the relevant commission listing or agreement. Requests exceeding the agreed revision allowance may require an additional fee, which must be mutually agreed upon before the additional work commences.
5. CURRENCY CONVERSIONS(A). Customer agrees to pay the total amount specified in USD.(B). It is the sole responsibility of Customer to bear any currency conversion costs, bank transfer fees, payment provider service fees, and any other costs involved in transferring funds to the Seller.(C). Payment is considered received and completed only when the total amount received in Seller's PayPal account is equal to the invoice amount in USD.
6. REFUND POLICY(A). Customer has the right to request a full refund if there has been no progress for two consecutive months, or when Product has not been completed within four months. Refund conditions for commissions which require more work must be agreed separately before the work commences. These provisions exclude work interruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances such as illness, accident, or any other credibly documented reason for interruption of work.(B). Customer agrees to respond to requests for necessary information, clarification, approval, or other communication within a reasonable timeframe. Lack of timely communication on behalf of Customer may result in delays to the commission. If the Customer remains unresponsive for an extended period, the Seller reserves the right to consider the available information sufficient to proceed or cancel the commission.7. PERSONAL AND COMMERCIAL USE(A). The Product received by Customer is for personal use. Any use of the Product for commercial purposes, reselling it, reproduction, or publishing for reasons other than personal purposes has to be approved beforehand by the Seller. This will require a separate agreement between Customer and Seller defining the exact conditions and financial implications of such use of the Product.
Customer does not hold the right to use the Product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space. Customer also does not hold the right to use the Product for AI datasets, AI training, AI tools, or any present or future inventions in the space.8. CANCELLATIONS(A). Seller reserves every right to refuse or cancel any order, under condition of a full refund, without giving reasons to Customer.(B). Any disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in cancellation of the order. Customer will receive a full or partial refund depending on the amount of work completed. Seller retains the right to refuse any service to the Customer in the future.9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS(A). Artist retains full copyright and all intellectual property rights to the artwork. Customer receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only unless commercial rights are purchased separately.Artist reserves the right to display, reproduce, distribute, and sell the artwork, including but not limited to use in portfolio, promotion, social media, prints, and merchandise, unless a private or exclusive agreement is purchased.(B). Unless otherwise agreed in writing, commissioned artwork may be publicly displayed by the Artist, including work created for individual Customers. Customers who require privacy or exclusivity must request a private commission prior to commencement of work and may be subject to additional fees.(C). Artwork depicting third-party intellectual property (fanart) may be subject to external copyright laws. The Artist does not guarantee the Customer any commercial usage rights for such content.10. CONTENT RESTRICTIONS(A). Seller reserves the right to refuse any request, including requests involving content outside the Seller's advertised commission scope, current artistic preferences, or content restrictions.(B). Current content restrictions and commission limitations are stated in the relevant commission listing. These may include, but are not limited to, NSFW content, overly suggestive content, furry characters, mecha, intense gore, or other content the Seller does not currently accept.(C). If Customer is unsure whether a request is suitable, they are encouraged to ask the Seller before placing an order.
